"My family started training with Mrs. Haynes when my children were 4, 6 and 8 yrs old. Each of them has a different personality. Mrs Haynes was able to encourage the shy one (the 6yr old) and focus the wilder one (the 4yr old). Her teaching include forms, kicking and punching techniques, strength training, and self-defense. The variety always seemed to keep class new and interesting. We were very lucky to have her as a teacher.
